Project Manager - Large Scale PV insallations (H/F) - Permanent

🌍 Context & Opportunity

As part of the creation of this company and its strategic partnership for the co-development of large-scale photovoltaic projects in Belgium, and later in France, it is strengthening its team.

We are therefore looking for design engineers and project managers to help design and develop these ambitious installations and support the company’s growth.

Job description

Your Role:

As Project Manager you would be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of large-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects, including ground-mounted, rooftop, and carport installations. The role would involve managing projects from engineering through to commissioning, ensuring that each project meets the company’s high standards for quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, timeline, and resources required for each PV installation. Oversee the execution of these plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with the company’s engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Facilitate clear communication and coordination among all team members.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, farmers, industries, and other stakeholders in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. Ensure that all parties are informed and satisfied with project progress.

• Quality and HSE Assurance: Implement the company’s commitment to delivering high-performance, safe and customized solar infrastructure. Ensure that all projects adhere to the company’s standards for quality and sustainability (ISO 9001, ISO14001, VCA**, etc.)

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

• Comprehensive reporting: Collect, analyze and evaluate your project datas (budget, schedule, etc.) to present them to the management in a comprehensive way.

• Proactive support: Help other departments (Services, Sales & Dev) with technical support, feasability studies & site visit when required
